Welcome to The Salvation Army Miramichi web site. In 2010 The Salvation Army celebrated 125 years in the Maritimes. In 2011 The Salvation Army will have been established in Miramichi for 120 years.

The face of The Salvation Army may have changed over those 120 years however our purpose has always been the same. That purpose is reflected in our mission statement.

With the advancement of technology comes the opportunity for us to reach people in ways that could not have been imagined in 1891 when The Salvation Army first started in the Miramichi area.

It is hoped that our new web site will let the people know that The Salvation Army in Miramichi is very active and that we are still having an impact on the lives of people today. This is only possible because of the support of the community for which we are grateful. It is also our hope that the web site will make people aware of the various services that we provide and how they can support the ministry of The Salvation Army.
